What it is

What this service covers

We build web products end to end: the backend, the interface, the infrastructure it runs on and the tests that keep it working. Most of our products run on Python and Django behind a Next.js frontend.

We start with the smallest version that real users can try, then keep building on the same codebase as the product grows, instead of throwing a prototype away and starting over.

Who it's for

  • Founders who need a first version of their product built and launched
  • Companies replacing spreadsheets or an outgrown internal tool with proper software
  • Product teams that need more engineers to build or extend a SaaS platform
  • Teams with an existing codebase that has become hard to change

Scope

What we deliver

  • MVP & first release

A focused first version with the core workflow, user accounts and payments where needed, deployed so real users can start using it.

  • Web platforms & SaaS

Multi-user web applications with roles and permissions, admin tools, third-party integrations and background jobs.

  • Infrastructure & delivery

Docker-based deployments on AWS or your own cloud, automated tests and CI, monitoring and backups set up from the first release.

Tools we work with

  • Python
  • Django
  • Django REST Framework
  • FastAPI
  • PostgreSQL
  • Redis
  • Celery
  • Next.js
  • React
  • TypeScript
  • Tailwind CSS
  • Docker
  • AWS

Process

How we work

  1. Discovery

We go through your users, the core workflow and any existing systems, then write down the scope of the first release, the risks and a milestone plan.

  2. Design & prototype

Screens and a clickable prototype of the main flows, so you can check the product with users before we build it.

  3. Build

We build in short iterations on a staging environment you can use at any time, with a demo at the end of each one.

  4. Launch & grow

We release to production, watch errors and performance, and build the next features based on what your users do.

Work

Engagement

How an engagement looks

A fixed-scope discovery first, then a dedicated team that builds the product with you and stays on after launch if you want.

  • Product Discovery

For a new product you want scoped and planned before the build starts.

    • The scope of the first release
    • User flows and a design direction
    • The architecture
    • A dated build plan
    Length
    About 2 weeks
    Price
Fixed price, agreed before we start
  • The Product Discovery fee is credited in full if the build starts within 30 days of delivery.
  • Builds are billed per milestone. You can stop at any milestone and keep everything delivered.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask us

Who owns the code?
You do. Once the work is paid for, the code, designs and documentation we produce belong to you and live in your repositories and accounts.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. We're happy to sign an NDA before you share any documents, data or system access.
How do you handle time zones and communication?
Our team works from Dhaka (UTC+6). We share the European morning every working day. For US clients we agree one fixed daily call time at kickoff. We share progress in writing, so decisions don't wait for the next meeting.
How do we get started?
Book a 30-min call. Within 1 business day we send a short written note on fit and a proposed first step, usually Product Discovery.
Which stack do you use?
Usually Python with Django or FastAPI, PostgreSQL and Redis on the backend, Next.js and TypeScript on the frontend, deployed with Docker on AWS or your own cloud. If you already have a stack, we can work in it.
What happens after launch?
We can keep working on the product with you: fixing bugs, applying security updates, monitoring and building new features. If you would rather take it in-house, we hand over the code, documentation and access and help your engineers get started.

Have a project in mind?

In a 30-minute call we talk through the product you want to build, who it's for and your timeline, and whether we're the right team for it.

What happens next

  1. A 30-minute call

With an engineer, not a salesperson, about what you want to build.

  2. A written note within 1 business day

A short note on whether we're a good fit and a proposed first step.

  3. An NDA before any data

Signed before you share documents, data or system access.
