This policy explains which personal data is processed when you visit codefusionai.com or contact us, why, and what rights you have. We keep it short because the site does very little with your data.

Who is responsible

The controller for data processing on this website is Code Fusion AI, ECL 53 (2nd floor), Green Road, 1205, Dhaka, Bangladesh. For any privacy question or request, email info@codefusionai.com.

Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted on a Hetzner Cloud server in Helsinki, Finland (EU), operated by Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany), and deployed with the self-hosted platform Coolify. When you open a page, your browser sends technical data that the server needs to deliver it: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page and your browser and operating system.

This data is processed to deliver the website and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest). It is not used to identify you or build a profile, and it is kept only as long as needed for operation and security.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies of its own and does not use analytics, tracking or advertising tools. Fonts and images are served from our own server.

Third-party services described below (Google Maps, Calendly) may set their own cookies when you use them.

Contacting us by email or phone

If you email or call us, we process the details you share (such as your name, email address, phone number and message) to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare or carry out a project with you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

We delete this data when it is no longer needed for your request, unless we are legally required to keep it longer.

Booking a call with Calendly

Our booking links open Calendly, a scheduling service run by Calendly LLC in the USA. Calendly is not embedded on this website; the page only opens when you click a booking link. When you book a call, Calendly processes the data you enter (such as your name, email address and the chosen time) and shares it with us so we can hold the meeting (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Calendly may process data in the USA. Its own privacy policy applies to your use of its service.

Embedded Google Maps on the contact page

The contact page can show our office location on an embedded map from Google Maps, provided by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC (USA). The map loads only when you click "Load map"; until then, opening the contact page sends nothing to Google. Once you load the map, your browser connects to Google's servers, so Google receives at least your IP address and the page you are on, and may set cookies. We have no control over this processing.

The map loads only with your consent, which you give by clicking "Load map" (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The consent applies to that page view; reload the page and the map is not loaded again until you click. Google may process data in the USA.

Data processed outside the EU

Code Fusion AI is based in Bangladesh. Data you send us directly, for example by email, is therefore processed in Bangladesh. Calendly and Google may process data in the USA.

Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15)
  • have incorrect data corrected (Art. 16)
  • have your data deleted (Art. 17)
  • restrict how we process it (Art. 18)
  • receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20)
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21)
  • withdraw any consent you gave, with effect for the future (Art. 7(3))
  • complain to a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77)

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when the website or the services it uses change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
