The problem

Mid-sized and large companies hold telecom and IT contracts with several providers, and checking them against current market rates takes time and expertise. Comvado, a service by Nao Intelligence, does this work for them: clients upload their contracts, Comvado analyzes them, negotiates with the providers and handles the switch. It is paid only from the savings it achieves.

What we built

  • Built the whole platform end to end for Nao Intelligence, from the first release to production; Nao Intelligence owned product and design.
  • The client platform where companies upload their contracts and follow the process.
  • The LLM-based analysis that reads the contracts and supports the negotiation.

The hardest part

Reliable answers from messy contract PDFs

Contracts arrive as messy PDFs, so the AI's answers cannot be taken on trust. We built a step that checks every answer the AI gives against the source text of the contract.
