The problem

Small business owners and lean marketing teams often lose money on social ads: ad platforms are hard to navigate, boosted posts underperform, performance data is hard to read, and there is no time to test and optimize. Creative Genie, a Markify product, takes over that work. It generates ad variations with headlines, images and video, scores the creatives, recommends audience, budget and duration, and launches and optimizes campaigns through a connected Meta Ads account.

What we built

  • Built the whole product end to end for Markify, from the first release to production; Markify owns product and design.
  • The campaign workflow and the Meta Ads integration that launches and optimizes campaigns.
  • The AI features that generate and score image and video ad creatives.

The hardest part

Keeping AI-generated ads accurate

Every ad the AI generates has to be accurate. We use three safeguards: checks against the brand's own content, an automatic score for every creative, and human review before anything is published.
